Booking & Confirmation
▼- All bookings are subject to availability and management approval.
- A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- Your booking is secured only after deposit payment is received and confirmed.
- Failure to pay the deposit within the stated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.

Payment Terms
▼- All rates are quoted in Fiji Dollars (FJD).
- Balance payment must be made before or at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Any damages, extra guests, or additional services must be settled before departure.
- Approved refunds are processed within 48 working hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
▼
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 4 days (96 hours) before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in are strictly non-refundable.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior written notice will result in full payment forfeiture.
- Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 48 working hours.
- Bank charges, transfer fees, or merchant processing fees may apply and will be deducted from refundable amounts.
- Date changes are subject to availability and management approval.

- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Single room bookings do not permit visitors.
- Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of stay.

- No parties or loud disturbances permitted.
- No illegal activities permitted on the premises.
