Welcome to Ideal Homes. To ensure a peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay for all our guests, please read and follow our policy guidelines:
✅ Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
- Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
🛌 Occupancy
- Only the number of guests listed in your booking are allowed to stay overnight.
- Unregistered guests will result in penalties or cancellation of the booking.
🚫 Visitor Policy
- Single Room: No visitors are allowed at any time for privacy and safety.
- Other Rooms: Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM. No overnight stays unless approved.

- Private bedroom with air-conditioning
- Modern bathroom with toiletries and towels
- Smart TV, Free WiFi, and work desk
- Kitchen access (fully equipped for apartments)
- Shared kitchen/living for single room guests
- Free onsite parking
💳 Payment & Cancellation
- Deposit: 50% required to confirm booking
- Full Refund: Cancel 4+ days before check-in
- 50% Refund: Cancel 72–48 hours before check-in
- No Refund: Cancel less than 48 hours before check-in
- Date changes: Must be requested at least 3 days before check-in
🧼 House Rules
- No loud music, parties or events allowed
- Smoking is strictly outside. Smoking indoors incurs a FJD 100 cleaning fee
- Lost keys incur a replacement fee of FJD 50
- Damages or extra cleaning will be charged accordingly
🔒 Security
- Always lock doors when leaving the apartment
- Ideal Homes is not liable for theft or loss of personal items

By confirming your booking, you agree to follow all the terms above. Ideal Homes reserves the right to cancel bookings due to policy violations or apartment unavailability due to emergencies (a full refund will be issued in such cases).
