Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and management approval.
  • A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Your booking is secured only after deposit payment is received and confirmed.
  • Failure to pay the deposit within the stated timeframe may result in automatic cancellation.

Payment Terms

  • All rates are quoted in Fiji Dollars (FJD).
  • Balance payment must be made before or at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any damages, extra guests, or additional services must be settled before departure.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 48 working hours.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 4 days (96 hours) before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in are strictly non-refundable.
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive without prior written notice will result in full payment forfeiture.
  • Refunds (where approved) will be processed within 48 working hours.
  • Bank charges, transfer fees, or merchant processing fees may apply and will be deducted from refundable amounts.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and management approval.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Valid identification may be required at check-in.

Occupancy & Visitors

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
  • Single room bookings do not permit visitors.
  • Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of stay.

House Rules

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be considerate of other residents.
  • No parties or loud disturbances permitted.
  • No illegal activities permitted on the premises.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms unless clearly designated.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property in reasonable condition.

Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  • Charges may apply for missing items, stains, broken furniture, or excessive cleaning.
  • Ideal Homes is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
  • Vehicles parked on the premises are at the owner's risk.
